Build and manage your neighbourhood football club

A fair start

Every club starts at the same strength: ten bronze, level 1 players without traits and two free squad slots. What separates clubs later is how you invest and how you play.

Your neighbourhood and stadium

• Clear lots for space and a one-off reward; cleared lots also add a little passive income every match.
• Stadium upgrades: pitch surface (ball control), floodlights (pass vision and saves), stand comfort (capacity and home speed), clubhouse (stamina and recovery), youth academy (home stat bonus) and scoreboard (morale and shot power).
• Stands in eight slots around the pitch, from a single step to a covered stand.
• Facilities unlock as your club levels up, including a training ground, medical room, scouting office, tactics centre, strength gym, youth camp and performance lab.

Timed construction

Building costs coins up front and finishes after a timer; until then the building keeps its old level. You can run two builds at once (three from club level 51). A build in progress can be cancelled for a 50% refund. There is no paid speed-up.

Squad, training and transfers

• Players have seven stats, a position (GK, DF, MF, FW), a rarity and an age. Young players develop fastest; players age each season and retire at 40.
• Training earns XP, levels give skill points you assign to stats.
• Buy and sell on a shared transfer market, or send a direct offer to another club’s player. Squad capacity grows from 12 to 22 slots.
• Wages are deducted at the end of each season, so an oversized squad is a real cost.

Economy and progression

Coins, fans, reputation and club XP drive progression up to level 100. Income grows with your level, and opponents in single-player are matched to your strength, so investing keeps matches competitive. The economy is verified on the server, so local edits cannot change your club.
